I suppose watching a good part of our starting defense struggle early in preseason game 2 , the continued Bell saga, various injuries, concussions etc should give plenty of reason to at least have SOME concerns as the regular season approaches....but for now I say....

Even the '07 Pats lost two preseason games

 

Usually the Steelers are terrible in the pre-season. I think we haven been 1-3 the last few seasons.

But, how to you really take it very seriously, any one who is a pro-bowl player, plays about 1 to 1.5 quarters the entire pre-season.

The ones that take it seriously are trying like heck to get a spot on the 53 man or the practice squad.

 

yeah, hard to get too excited, but the starting O has not been out there at all. Starting the 3rd and 4th string QB's and leading with Touisant, not Conner. We all know who the better runner is at this point.

 

I thought the preseason was for the rookies, udfa, fa's, and to find diamonds in the ruff

 

Labriola was saying on Asked and Answered that this was the first time since 2010 that we've won our first two preseason games.

 

Did we win our first 2 games, or did the other team just loose?

 

Maybe we could say they lost slightly worse than we did.

 

It's also still alive for the browns as well. So just sayin'. LOL!
