Really don't see any QB in the NFC that will challenge "the Hurt". Now let's give Mahomes and Burrow to the NFC Throw in Lawrence too since I believe he's about to get much better.

It's pretty much a given that whomever wants to get to the sb in the afc will have to knock off mahomes. That's been the case the last 5 years. He went to 3 sbs and the 2 he didn't he lost in OT in the afc championship.

And it's just tough to beat him when he's operating on a level like this. Hurts had one of the best sb performances you'll ever see and it still wasn't enough to win the game.

 

I think Eagles got robbed on that call. It was a good game, but crappy ending the way that went down.

 

KC seems to get a lot of those calls, esp in crucial parts of the game...

Even the Eagles defender admitted he held. Said he was hoping to get away with it.

Ball wasn't even catchable. Lousy call for a good game. I don't know why the defender admitted to that very ticky tack call that could be flagged on any given play.

 

It wasn't PI. It was defensive holding. Odd timing that it got called then but, it was still the right call.

 

Good chance eagles could’ve tied it if they didn’t get that penalty. Oh well too bad lol

 

Ben had 2 rings his first 5 years too. Never know what’s gonna happen. Reid could eat one too many cheeseburgers, mahomes becomes brittle from running and career is short, KC ends up paying mahomes too much and can’t have a super team. Who knows

 

KC doesn’t really win pretty nor do they really ever get blown out. They are legit true contenders and know how to win no matter what

I think the ball was uncatchable so IMO the penalty should have not been called

Depends. If you are like a great d coordinator for example and your defensive game plan is what essentially won your team the game, then you Can argue that. Like Bill belichick's gameplan vs the bills that's enshrined in the hall of fame.

 

Do players that don't play much get a ring? Does that count?

 

Everyone is complaining about a hold that was a hold, but not about some catches that weren't catches.
Ah Well.....very few SBs have been played that someone didn't b!+ch , and complain about the officiating, and how it costs a team a game.
Crazy thing is......every time ....people say it's the most outrageous call ever. People....it can't always be the most outrageous call ever.....everytime.

 

Doesn't matter how, or why ....it was still a fumble for a td. If You aren't running it at that point....You aren't fumbling it....at that point. That's all I'm getting at

 

Uh ......No....if Bengals win....then the Chiefs don't. A dynasty is doing it in a row, or a bunch in a very specific time. So if the Bengals had won....that would be another year between their last SB win.

 

But how can you say that when mahomes had the same exact fumble in that situation in the pocket trying to throw the ball.
