It sounded that way in the press conference with MT and KC, they mentioned something about taking a CB. They never mentioned a name but we know who. It is in the link above someone posted not sure who so I can't give credit

 

Of course we would have taken WJIII. Anyone who is saying we wouldn't is trying to make it look like Colbert didn't get burned, when in reality, he did. It happens. He didn't feel Jackson was good enough to warrant trading up a couple of spots. But we move on. Can't cry over spilled milk forever.

 

so we eliminate any chance to improve our team by listening to offers to make the kid feel better about being drafted?
hell, he was already drafted 10-20 spots earlier than projected. that should have made him feel good enuff

 

I think whatever you think of the pick in the 1st, it frees up where we go 2nd round a bit. D-Line and Safety may be "need" but we can go a little more BPA now.

I think I will watch ESPN coverage more tonight, last night NFL Network coverage cut off the analysis of Artie Burns pick just because the Broncos made a trade at that time .

 

The Steelers need to forget about offense tonight, get a safety or DL or another CB .
