The other thing about this...is for example...the people complaining the Steelers took Bell in the 2nd...if it makes you feel any better...act as if they took Wheaton in the 2nd and Bell in the 3rd...the round doesnt matter...people dwell on that waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much.

 

4th round pick I want if he is there- Q Smith from WKU. Had him and the Hunt kid from SMU as 2nd day steals!hunt is gone so.....

I like our picks thus far!
The only thing I don't like about LeVeon Bell is all the jumping he does in the highlight vids. We dumped our spinner and gained a jumper. This scares the crap outta me! Watching the highlight vids of Bell and he reminds me of Terrell Davis or Eddie George. Definitely has great character and looks like a Steeler back.

 

The only thing that concerned me was that on his highlights reel on youtube it seemed that he was always getting caught from behind. On Steelersdepot they say that he's a guy that will be a "table setter" by getting us to the red zone. Hopefully he can get in the end zone. I like his hands though. He was catching some tough balls on youtube and he was fighting to get in to position.

you gotta take these "highlight" vids with a grain of salt...remember they are HIGHLIGHTS....so a play like an RB jumping over someone/etc will probably make the HIGHLIGHT video. Doesn't mean it does it 5 times a game.

also Steven Jackson compared Bell to himself recently....

 

I've got no problems with the pick at all. I would have loved JJ Wilcox, but truly believe that offense was a huge priority in this draft.

 

I know that. He just does it an awful lot regardless. Big guys should not leave the ground. Especially at the NFL level.

Bleacher Report says Wheaton could be a good Number 2 guy because of his small frame. Is that how you guys think we will use him?

Another name thats still out there and could be a solid pick up if they look at CB is Jordan Poyer...doubt they go that route but he's someone I've liked.

 

My man steel1031 is right about Bray though.

I would take a corner in a heartbeat but I have a soft spot for them.
