2012 the last time we took offensive lineman in 1st or 2nd round. That's are problem.

In 2012 we took David decastro in the first round since then nothing. So 10 years no top lineman and it shows.

 

That’s definitely a huge problem. But I wouldn’t dismiss the coaching.

 

It’s not even that. We wasted so many picks over the years mostly on WRs and RBs. All the writings on the wall… Pouncey was one of the worst centers his last 2 years. We didn’t draft and develop one during that time even though I was screaming for it. What do we do?.. Wait for Pouncey to retire. Then draft a guard who has 3 college games at center and convert him into center to start right away because he resembles Pouncey. Like what?? This is the stupidity you get on a Tomlin team.
