Out of interest, how was Pead on that list at all? Didn't we do a medical before we signed him?

Shazier is a bust. Intangibles mean nothing if you can't stay on the field.

There was a play in the Raiders game where the RB hit the hole and I thought I saw Shazier shy away from contact, maybe he's favoring that shoulder.

Maybe. He was out of the play in most cases, taking wrong angles, reads. Now injured again. Still waiting for that 15 tackle domination Shazier. Oh where oh where...

Shazier is a big disappointment. I was expecting big things from this kid. Every game he is not on the field just drives me crazy.. I suspect others feel the same way. He should be shaking when he gets his pay cheque

Shazier can be something special so I'm not ready to call him a bust. However, your most important ability is availability.

    ROETHLISBERGER PLANS TO PRACTICE TODAY
Ben Roethlisberger (foot) was expected to be in a walking boot all week, but he is out of the boot and "progressing ahead of schedule," a source tells ESPN's Adam Schefter. It's still unlikely Roethlisberger plays Sunday.

Pre-mature, he has talent. Injuries are keeping him down give him another year.

However, it's very nice to have Spence and Williams, guys who can also start in the role if need be.

Ben was limited today in practice and is questionable for Sunday. Translation: Ben is a no go, but we want the Browns to wonder.

Well let's see if Jarvis can do anything with the increased snaps. Tough go against Joe Thomas.
