but 1-3 and 1-0 in the AFCN and we are still alive, somehow

So strange that our season can be over so early.

Will Tomlin have his troops prepared and ready to fight for their lives tonight?

 

I challenge all of us to watch for the positive tonight rather the negative. Tomlin will not likely have the team ready, he seldom does, but that doesn't mean the on field talent can't have themselves ready.

I know if I go into tonight's game with the thoughts of "Fichtner sucks" and "Butler sucks" and Tomlin sucks" I will look for evidence of that on every play. I am going to go into it with the expectation that there are enough leaders on this team to motivate players to play solid!

Well, atleast burflict, won't be able to get any cheap shots on our guys. I know that he play for the raiders. But now, he's banned from the league.

 

Since we don’t play the Raiders it doesn’t matter.

 

If they win, then Tomlin continues to hold on to his job. I don't want the Steelers to continue to lose, but I definitely don't want Tomlin coaching here any more. I just don't see any other way for the Rooneys to take action to get rid of coach cliché unless they lose.

 

Sucks we have to look at it this way but the underachieving is frustrating.

 

You missed one other permutation Captain Obvious - 0-3-1. Life isn't as simple as you think.

But hey, they were 1-2-1 after 4 games last season and then peeled off 6 straight wins and nearly the top AFC seed .....................before the Hong Kong beach chair collapsed.

I hope but I admit I find it very hard to be optimistic at this point. Gonna break out the terrible towel tonight. I only do that when I feel like we need a miracle. Fingers crossed.
