Well if that happened to day it would be 20 plus years until he played and then someone in front of us would draft him first

Plus by then I’ll be old

    Ok older than old

    Or dead

James Farrior,, I miss the Steelers having an inside linebacker like him.

    Indeed.

He was beginning to round into form in 2017 as well. Just... ugh...

Oh... what could have been. Still though, I am more happy for his health and well being that he has been able to recover from not just the physical strain of the recovery but also the mental aspect as well. While the former gets discussed quite often, the latter is very seldom mentioned if not ignored all together. Keep in mind that many of these people that play this game only know of how to compete at the NFL Level. For that matter, even if they do, the average span of an NFL Players Career is roughly 3 years.

lucky 13 days until the battles begin!!

I'm thinking Trub first half. Mason second half. Pickett watching and learning. Just a guess on how Tomlin handles first pre-season.

2 good examples above of great Steeler players wearing #39. Wasn't that also Darren Perry's #? He wasn't bad either. :thumbs up:
