it ain't over yet. if brady takes nfl to court, they will delay the suspension until the court decides. this might be good cause the decision might come during playoff.

Something I've been thinking about is we know that the NSA had been storing all that "meta-data" from texts and things like that. Do you think it would be possible for them to recover the texts through that storage? Couldn't they subpoena them through that? I mean it would be kinda scary if they could but still kinda funny in this case. I mean the only thing I can think of that was on Brady's phone was just me texting him and telling him how awesome he was all the time. LOL.

What's great is he said he routinely destroys his phones for security reasons, but still has the phone prior to the one he destroyed! The delusions of their fans are ridiculous!

Let's see:

I don't know what the PSI or procedure is for prepping game balls. (argued in front of competition committee for the rule)
I don't even know the guy. (Caught on pictures giving him the exact autographed merchandise the guy asked for)
I routinely destroy my phones for security reasons. (Except it just happened to be the day they asked for it and I still have the phone I used prior to that one)

 

Did Kraft just admit that he in essence tried to bribe Goodell and the league? His statement about he was wrong to put his faith in the league says that he didn't challenge the penalties and fines levied against the organization because he believed doing so would lead to Brady's suspension being lifted and being exonerated of any wrong doing. To me that sounds like he is saying look Roger same deal as before we will take the hit just let my QB and coach slide....again.

I was thinking that too. But in fairness, I hear a lot about how this would have done away if Brady had just fessed up to some watered down version and accepted an easy penalty, and I kinda see this as Kraft doing just that.

 

And the Boston media is already stoking the homer Chowderheads and setting the excuse if Brady loses his appeal.

Apparently 40 plus years ago, Judge Berman worked for New York Senator Jacob Javitz who served alongside Rogers father so the fix is in.

Sad. Really sad.

 

What is even sadder is rather than admit that possibly their QB is on the wrong side of this, these fans would rather smear a judge. Add to that the fact that while trying to prove that the fix is in with this judge conveniently forgetting that Brady's camp tried to rig the hearing as well by having it in a Minnesota court with a judge that has ruled in favor of the NFLPA in other cases.
