Just as an FYI for those who are on the waiting list for seats.

As a season ticket holder, a few days ago, I accidentally got an email from the Steelers saying congratulations you can buy seats. Less than 30 minutes later the sent a retraction. The email went to the wrong people. But, if you are on the list, and far enough up, you should have heard from them.

So if you had bought within that 30 minutes would they have had to honor the deal?

Don't know. When I read the first email, and even though I have tickets and I don't have $10K to toss around, I was thinking of buying them anyway.

So they are asking $10,000 for end zone seats? Man, I've always felt like those were the worst seats in the house.

    I was thinking 2 tickets.

General Reserved SBL is $4000 per seat. The cost for a Club SBL is $5000 per seat.

I would go for the Club if I could. I've always loved sitting in the Club section at Heinz. It's really fun and the people around me were nice and cool.

They haven't updated the seating chart on the site yet.

Mixed bag of nuts on the club seats. At 3 rivers I sat in peanut heaven for 30+ years with some great people and die hard fans. Now I sit in club seats and half the people or more got the tickets through some company and don't seem to care about the game. With that said, as I get older, the amenities of the club seats are greatly appreciated. They are expensive. I gave up my baseball and hockey plans to fund it.

Yeah I think it would be lame to sit with all those people that are just wooing potential customers. The best thing about the club seats is the refuge from the rain I'd say. I always wanna be outside when I'm at a game but I guess if it was pouring I might go watch from inside if it was a crappy game anyway.

I'd sure as hell hope so. Just like when one of the airlines screwed up and were selling flights for like $0.99 about a year ago. They honored every one!

Man I wish I could have gotten in on that deal! It costs us about $1,200 for our Orlando flights. That's dang highway robbery!

That's because you have as many kids as Phillip Rivers! J/K;)
Luckily, I can drive to Disneyland in less than 1.5 hrs.

Seems like they are having a tough time selling the seats. I got my letter in December and I'm surprised to see that they are still sending letters out.

No I only have two. LOL. Actually that price is just for 3 of us because my little girl can still fly for free. Next May will be probably $1,600.

Does anyone know what year they are currently serving on the wait list? I got a letter in 2009 that they were serving people on the list from 1995?

Anyone know how much further they have gotten in 6 and a half years?

My cousin was able to get the new seats if he wanted them. He got on the waiting list in either 1997 or 1998, he had thought.

He declined them, he thought it was too much. Plus he had SL in 500 level already.

How does that work as far as Season Tickets go? If you're on the list and you refuse, do you go to the back of the list? Or do you just stay in your position for when the next seats come up?
Another question, is the SBL in addition to the PSL? Or just a different name? I'm so confused when it comes to those things. The PSL says you have rights to Seat "X", correct? But you still need to buy the tickets in order to go? What is you don't have a PSL? Can you still get season tickets? And what if you decide to give up your tickets? The PSL is yours, correct? You could then sell it on your own?

As for the club seats, the North Club is where you want to be. Row D to be exact. That row is inside the glass and has a bar/table that everyone sits at. The only downside of that is the food concessions in that area aren't as good as the other two club sections. But for late in the season, those seats can't be beat.

PSL , SBL, same thing. If you have it you have the rights to buy specific seats for the season each year. I can sell you my license and then you would have the rights to buy the season tickets for those seats. Not all seats have a license. If someone decides not to buy these the right to buy them is forever gone snd the rights go to the next person on the list who accepts and buys the tickets.

my preference is club west between the 20's,
