I keep trying to find a site that has all the team visits. The steelers usually select a couple of guys each year that they meet with. Walter football has a list but the PS have no listings while most of the other teams have 10-20.

Damn I'd love to be a fly on the wall in the war room come draft day!!

I have watched this kid for 3 years every week. he would be hard to keep off the field. I aint saying he is better than bell by no means, but this kid is special

a lot of good mid-round RBs this year. Plus the FA crop is decent which may push the prospects down a little. Where do you see Yeldon going? what round? Seems like a NY Giant guy to me for some reason.

Seattle and Jax also met with him; they have much bigger needs at RB than we do. No way do we draft him before they do, unless they take another back.

if we want him it has to be in the third and he may not be there. it will depend on his combine. he wont run fast but his strength will show

I would tend to agree. A lot of RBs will go in that 2.20 to 3.20 range imho.

He may very well be on our board in round #2, as he should be. Great value at that point in the draft.

i see a lot of good rbs in this draft i would look at secondary in rd 2 , but a lot depends on free agency and possible trade
ideally we need a starting cb and starting safety in the first two rounds or a pass rusher if we don't take anybody in free agency, not to mention if a left tackle falls in rd 1 .. too many holes to draft a backup rb in rd 2

I agree for the most part , but if we hit a CB in round #1 then I could see going BPA in round #2 . To me all depends on the talent on the board at pick #2 and what we did in round #1 .

Damn I knew we would look for a RB , but it seems TE is high on the list as well. Not saying that's a bad thing , just seems they clearly intend on drafting 1 .

They'll probably meet with every top tier TE and RB before it's all said and done.

I'm not against adding firepower on the offensive side of the ball. I know everyone wants defense, defense, defense but we can also protect our newly extended qb, score more points, control the ball for longer periods of time and make teams play catch up every week. weapons, weapons, weapons, let's make they're defenses struggle and slowly add parts to ours and allow the parts we already have get seasoned and healthy before we just keep changing them. this also can be a way to win in the NFL.

we need to get away from the thinking of our offense was better last year so it should be a finished product. we still struggled in the red zone and we can and should replenish some weak spots in that offense. it's not a bad thing. the defense is still young and the worst thing we could do is pass on good players on offense that could help, just to force a mediocre defender into a slot.

You're right, adding some weapons would not be a bad thing for the red zone troubles.

Not a weapon, but I hope they add Laken Tomlinson to their list. Liking this guy more and more. Smart and versatile like you're guy Erving.

Thanks for adding the list TTF, I have been looking for that!!

i see a te more of a pressing need since heath is near the downside of his career , as a rb we need a back up ,we have bell in his prime .

Oh yeah, I agree. I still wouldn't be surprised if they meet with as many running backs. You never know who might land in your lap.
