It was really a total team effort today but I believe I'm gonna have to say James Harrison. He was playing with fire today and seemed to really be near Smith quite a bit. I think that's who I've gotta give it to. Honorable mention to Ben for sucking it up and also not throwing a pick and getting us a td when we really needed it.

I thought the QB played a great game, so if you're talking about the MVP it would go to Ben. But James Harrison made it look like 2009 out there. I give it to him.

Yeah, I could get on board with that. I just hate sharing game balls. But really, more than one guy standing out, it was everybody playing well.

Side note: I've only seen the game once, but I saw Maurkice Pouncey handle Dontari Poe all by himself several times today, and come out the winner. The one complaint people managed to scrape up about Pouncey is that he struggles to handle the big NTs by himself. (Who doesn't?) But Poe is a beast, and I thought Pouncey played great.

I didn't think I'd be able to say it this season, but I agree.

Heyward needs some love too. However, I'm saying Harrison by a slim margin

I'm adding the name of Jason Worilds to this list. Two sacks and nearly a third.

    Total team effort.

All of the above deserve credit. Some others worth a mention:
A Blake, who broke a pass that could have been a game - changing TD.
Tuitt, with his forced fumble that was a turning point in the game.
Oline kept Ben clean for most of the game.
Timmons and Worilds both were pivotal on 3rd downs.
WR group: stood up on a game when our running game couldn't get going.

I'm giving mine to Tuitt, I was concerned when Da'beard went down and Thomas showed such lackluster effort. Tuitt hustled every play and was able to help creat pressure in the pocket. He isn't Aaron Smith at his finest but he can at least wear the jersey and do it proud.

If James doesn't get it, he's just gonna take it like he did all day.
