I'm probably in the minority here, but.....McCarthy as an OC would be good.
I had a Digitech Whammy I bought in the late 90's... that would drop tune and it sounded like you described. Digital glitches and unnatural...
Yeah, I have a love/hate relationship with Keurig coffee makers. I found one from Walmart that was better and cheaper than the "lemon" I bought...
Drop Tune pedal normally sells for $235.... I got mine from Amazon for $130, thanks to rebate I had for returning a Keurig coffee maker that broke...
Finally bought something for my guitars.... Digitech Drop Tune pedal. I can tune all 3 of my guitars in standard or standard drop D.... and nail...
I don't care about any of that. All I know is the last 7 Super Bowls were won by HCs with background in offense. Colin Cowherd is...
McDonald and Vrabel were DCs... and they have their teams in conference championship games. Both teams have highly competent offenses.
Even the best OC's don't guarantee a great offense when they become a HC. Likewise with former DC's.... doesn't gaurantee great success on...
Brian Billick was one of the greatest OC's ever with the Vikings during Moss's rookie year... missed FG by Gary Anderson (former Steelers kicker)...
Even the best passing offenses in NFL history had a good running game. Siefert/Young/Watters, Vermeil/Warner/Faulk, Dungy/Manning/James
Sad thing is... Tom would probably be a damn good OC if he was ever interested.
Rams defense impresses me... they don't have any real SuperStar's like Donald, other than maybe Verse. If Steelers hired their DC... I wouldn't...
Have to say.... it's not really McDermott's fault they lost to Broncos and Bills have a depleted roster compared to the one they had when they...
Can Stidham be the next Foles and Hostetler? Denver has a good D... but offense will have to put up some points. Would much rather Broncos...
I've never seen a team get so many breaks... easy schedule, banged up west coast team that hates cold in Wildcard, snake-bitten QB in Divisional,...
Stroud and Herbert are the most overrated QBs in recent memory. Both fold like a cheap tent in the playoffs.
2 of those QBs won playoff games.
Will be disappointed if Steelers hire a DC. In the year 2026... Steelers need a 21st century offense.
That's what I meant... until 2027.
Then why are the Broncos still paying Russell Wilson? Aren't coaches contracts valid like players' contracts?
