Yes, he does. I'd rather have a guy who can hold onto the ball chose to fair catch it every time then a guy who can get yards, but fumbles a lot.
Austin is a decent punt returner (when he holds onto the ball) and can produce out of the backfield, and not just on reverses or out of wildcat....
