There are better safeties than Powell available in the 2nd Karl Joseph, Justin Simmons, Keanu Neal. I like the other 3 picks though.
I mentioned that before draft a CB rd 1 maybe Apple or Jackson, then draft Cyrus Jones in the 4th he's short but can be a return guy on special teams.
