Leonard is too light, listed at 213 pounds not sure he could hold up at ILB.
Tomlin said he hired Bradley because he wanted a teacher at DB coach, that's just what this secondary needs.

Both Penny and Ballage ran a 4.46 at the combine, no recorded time for KJ. If it was up to me I wouldn't draft any of these RBs in the top 3...

No thanks, we need defense in the first round. You don't need that many star WRs on one team IMO, it does you no good when you can't stop anybody...
I would take Penny and Ballage over Johnson at RB.
Take the 4th ILB or 3rd or 4th Safety, WR isn't a pressing need.
I would rather draft all defense in the first 3 rounds, you could probably find a WR in the fifth round.
