I referenced that game earlier in the thread, that was a great game plan, Flores is known for creating good blitz packages.
If he doesn't get charged, I doubt he would get a one year suspension.
I think he might have a bigger role than just being a LB coach, with his coaching experience he could be involved in the game planning.

He also led Miami to consecutive winning seasons for the first time in 20 years, I think his problem is his lack of people skills.
