I like the signing of Allen, it probably means they won't waste a mid round pick on a QB like Rattler :hehehe:. @Steelpens65
:facepalm:
These guys are a better option than running it back with Pickett and Rudolph.
Pickens is close to being a #1 WR, he led the league in 2023 in YPC with bad QB play, they will draft another good WR to pair with him too.
I don't care about the winning percentage with either of their former teams, the Steelers are better than the Bears and Broncos :shrug:.
Before 2023 the Bears didn't have a #1 WR, with the Steelers he will have better weapons and OL.
Rattler=practice squad QB :lolol:
And yet most people seem to think they upgraded the QB room with Fields and Wilson :shrug:.
This coming from a guy who thinks Rattler should be the Steelers future QB :rolleyes:.
Fields isn't the projected starter next season, nobody said he's a finished product, players can improve and the Steelers OL is better than the...
No :poopy: Sherlock :lolol:
After last season with the Steelers QBs only combining for 13 TD passes, in 2024 that number could double.
Actually, that fumble was returned for a TD IIRC :shrug:.
He had quite a few nice throws against the Steelers.
[MEDIA] QB 1 Welcome to the Pittsburgh Steelers Justin Fields
They need to have a draft like they had last year, with the guys drafted thru round 4 being contributors as rookies.
Get Derek Watt to unretire.
I'm not worried about a rookie starting at center, as long as they draft one of the top 3 guys, Herbig or Anderson could be the backup?
There was one turnover early Ben threw an interception that gave Jacksonville the ball near the Steelers 20 yard line, the score did get to 21-0...
Oh please, Cowher and the Steelers got smoked by the Patriots in the playoffs 28-3 in 1996, never got blown out in the playoffs blah, blah, blah.
