I don't think the #1 CB will be on the board at #20, any tackle on the board at #20 is likely to be the 4th or 5th best one available.
Chop tested well but there wasn't a lot of production from him last season, hell no.
Burrow is an LSU QB, he started for two years there, I'm not sure he ever started a game for Ohio State.
I was going by the talking heads who said Barton is likely to be a center in the NFL.
