Hampton should be in the HOF, IMO. How many true NTs are in the HOF? Most D-lineman in the HOF are either DTs or DEs. A 4-3 DT is not the same...

Arians is a better HC than coordinator. In a reverse example, Wade Phillips is a better coordinator than HC. It happens.
