Even the best OC's don't guarantee a great offense when they become a HC. Likewise with former DC's.... doesn't gaurantee great success on...
Brian Billick was one of the greatest OC's ever with the Vikings during Moss's rookie year... missed FG by Gary Anderson (former Steelers kicker)...
Even the best passing offenses in NFL history had a good running game. Siefert/Young/Watters, Vermeil/Warner/Faulk, Dungy/Manning/James
Sad thing is... Tom would probably be a damn good OC if he was ever interested.
Rams defense impresses me... they don't have any real SuperStar's like Donald, other than maybe Verse. If Steelers hired their DC... I wouldn't...

Stroud and Herbert are the most overrated QBs in recent memory. Both fold like a cheap tent in the playoffs.
