But...but... but.... if Howard starts Steelers will have no loosing season
Harsh. Kordell was better than JaMarcus Russell. :icon e ugeek:
Tomlin spoiled my late 40's and early 50's of Steelers fandom with mediocrity. Can't get those years back. I'm bitter... I admit it. :glare:
Steelers should pass on a QB in this upcoming draft. Draft CB, DL, WR and OL. Get a cheap free agent QB to roll with Rudolph and Howard.
If you're talking about modern rules in place to benefit QBs, WRs and NFL offenses.... why did teams (Steelers included) have so much trouble...
Like I said, Cowher defenses were far superior to Tomlin defenses....and it's not even close. Look no further than Tomlin defenses post-2011.
Nothing was disproved.
I'm gonna hold you to this. I don't see Dowdle as an upgrade to Gainwell at all.... chances are good he's a downgrade.
Oh please. Pegram was a better RB than Dilfer was a QB. Dan Fouts never won a Super Bowl. Dan Marino never won a Super Bowl. Barry...
Pegram. He made it to a Super Bowl, while Harris was always one and done when he made the playoffs. :lolol:
There's no disdain... just said he was frustrating to watch and I'm sure there's plenty of others here who agree with me. Harris is a model...
Pegram ran forward just about every time. Can't say that about Harris.
While splitting carries with Bam Morris.
Other than a background in defense and age of early 30's when they were hired.... this is where the similarites end with Tomlin and Cowher. In...
Your defense of Harris and Pickens is admirable and duly noted.
How is it inaccurate? Harris was a disappointment for a 1st round draft pick... and not nearly as successful as previous RBs selected in later...
Nope. I think I made my point quite well. :smiley1:
Well... it does matter. Vrabel was far more successful in the playoffs from '18-'25 than Tomlin. That was my point and this is a fact. Truth,...
Well they are both Super Bowl winning coaches, Packers coaches, with good offensive backgrounds and overweight.... so yeah, there's a lot of...
