The refs stink to the point that it looks rigged but I think they are just that bad. Middle aged part timers trying to keep up with a fast-paced game.
The Raiders did that this year with over $40 million in dead money. Clean it up, suck for a year and re-start.
The team has no chance at making the playoffs. The defense is terrible and it's going to take a while to fix it.

Hard to say. 2006 was a lame duck 8-8 season but the talent was there. Barry Switzer went 12-4 his first two seasons with a Super Bowl...
