Why draft a QB with so many holes on the team?
Teams mistakenly believe every great QB can play well into their late 30s early 40s. Brady was an anomaly and an exception.

McCormick's main problem is very poor/inconsistent technique. His footwork is all over the place. His hand placement is often terrible.
