If they beat the Ravens, then they are pretty much a lock for the playoffs. And, in that scenario, they probably take the division, also.
I voted D-Line, but really the LBs too. They all kept pressure on Luck... all... day... long.
:lolol:
I'm not sure what the Steelers should do. Just keep playing football. There's not much else that can be done. A lot of these flags are dropping...
This is why corporations will always win, in our society. If you want to make a statement, then you need to be willing to sacrifice anything.
I doubt he gets cut, also. I'm not sure what else to do about him though. Should they put him in the nickel? I'm cool with letting him work out...
They should have gone for the record for Ben.
I'd agree with others who point to the secondary as the defense's weak link. The front 7 played admirably. But they can't get to the opposing QB...
I'd agree that's a possibility.
How did the defense start creating so many turnovers? INTs and fumble recoveries. It's definitely nice to see.
Agreed. This depends greatly on whether they can maintain consistency with the aggressive, hard-nosed play we've seen the last couple games.
I do agree the O-Line played better. My point is that Ben actually elevated his play at a rate greater than any other portion of the offense....
Double no. I know what I saw in the Texans game and what I saw yesterday.
What I saw was maybe a slight step-up in pass protection by the O-Line. What was much more glaring was the fact that Ben was not holding the ball...
It is a beautiful thing to watch. :herewego:
I gave Tomlin honorable mention in the Game Ball thread for having the team ready to play 60 minutes of football.
What made the O-Line look better is that Ben was not holding the ball, yesterday. That one aspect of Ben's game made everyone on offense look better.
At LEAST an honorable mention to Tomlin for having his team ready to play 60 minutes of football against their toughest opponent so far this...
Ben. Hands down. :herewego:
