It seems like we're always up against the cap and struggling to clear space just to re-sign some of our own guys.
I agree, we were much better then. We need to find some talent on defense, or we have no real hope of winning another Super Bowl anytime soon....
Which should mean that it would be easier to find quality 4-3 talent than it used to be. But we don't want to switch for some reason.
Not really. The first year or two of new contracts tend to be very cap friendly. Most of the money is doled out in the prorated signing bonus.
No thanks. We're good.
Wilson, Lynch, and Wagner are all under contract for next year. They may need extending, but they aren't going anywhere if Seattle wants them....
It looks to me like they have a bunch of cap room and most of their key players under contract. http://overthecap.com/calculator/seattle-seahawks
Too bad we don't have an extended period of time to fix the backup RB problem before our next game.
Sounds good to me. When I don't want to play there is the postseason.

His best shape of the past few years maybe. Obviously not like when he was younger. IMO not taking great care of himself has cost him some...
Why the secrecy with the waiver claims?
He stays in good shape, so he might. I wish Ben stayed in that kind of shape.
I'm still too bummed over this year's disappointment to focus on next year's disappointment.
