But it hasn't been this way. That's the point. This season was spectacularly (?) bad imo, with missed/botched calls galore.

BUT this season was officiated by full time refs and not scrubs like before. You can sort of give the scrubs a pass for not officiating at this...
Or they struggle early on with major injury issues and pull it all together towards the end of the season only to get jobbed by the refs? :shrug:
