Questionable on both counts.
I was thinking the same. Seems similar to when Marino, Elway, Kelly, O’Brien, Esiason and Kosar were about while we had Malone and Brister.
What site are you talking about? Have you been in a gameday thread??
This is because Steelers fans can only communicate via nostalgia
This isn't a narky reply, I'm just trying to get what you're saying. Are you saying that against a bad team the wins are all on the QB, but...
As a side note, I find the "HOF QB = inevitable success" thing a bit presumptive. After all, Warren Moon is a HOF QB. So is Dan Fouts. Neither won...
That quote is bang on. We had all the chances to put KC out of the game early. When some are talking about a complete rebuild, I look at that and...
Nailed it. I said in another thread that we see WR screens all the time with basically one other receiver set up to block, but we never see RB...
I still have faith in Trubisky. But then I also had faith in Paxton Lynch...
Quoted for truth, as they used to say. At the same time, I expected to come on to the board to see the usual list of "fire x, fire y" threads, so...
I don’t usually jump on the “fire x” calls but wholeheartedly agree that Canada has to go. Defense gave them lots of chances in the first half...
Bring Trubisky in to compete with Mason. I think they maybe draft a late round prospect but wait a year before a high pick on a QB.
Was it fanforlife who did all the betting? Used to make a load for charity?
It would remind me of the less-remembered steelers.com chat room back in the early 2000s
Im now intrigued by what it was. I think I’d have gone for “The Real Chief”
I would genuinely much rather have Trubisky
I hear that a lot, that the Steelers get all the calls. Mainly from Bengals fans
All this talk of the Rooney being cheap and I can’t believe nobody’s mentioned the duct tape in the weight room.
Incidentally, counting all NFL seasons (back to 1932), the Steelers have the second highest total negative rushing yards in league history....
I simply don’t understand how we’ve had 3 OCs in a row who all want to call WR screens every other play, with about 1 in 50 being successful.
