I almost picked Bell as my choice. He's 6'5" and weighs 215 and was first team All-American. He doesn't run great routes but he can be taught that, you can't teach 6'5" 215.

    John Metchie III, WR, Alabama.

Too good to pass up here, guy is a playmaker. If he doesn’t injure his knee he likely goes in the first, 2nd the latest.

His rehab is going well. He’s got my vote.

Interesting. So in Arkansas do they have a “Whoever is Winning” row on election ballots?

Yes you're right. I saw his height at 6'1" and 3/4 and misread it at 6'4" and 3/4.

As much as I like the safety, I'm going to go Metchie. He's a first or early second round talent.

    Bryan Cook 5

    John Metchie III 5

We have a tie. From this point forward let's only have votes for one of the above players, as there is limited time remaining, and these two have a significant lead over the other candidates.

No. Once your vote is cast it is set in stone. Otherwise everybody would change their vote once they realized their guy wasn't going to win.

Curious though. If you were going to change your vote, who would you have picked?

David Bell since we had so much success with another Bell.

Boooooo. Too many holes on this team to be drafting a player that will not see the field in 2022.

So now for the 3 picks the Steelers made 2 of them probably will not play at all in 2022. And, I voted for the QB, so that was taking one draft pick off the field this year.

hence the reason we are anonymous message board posters...... not employed by the steelers front office. The really sad thing is that Kiper has us taking Pickett and Metchie..... so that kinda makes us all as bad as Mel Kiper...... and that really hurts me to think that.... :roflmao:
