Still We are that ....until We are not. No??
I do Get the breather part, and would fall more towards that way.....IF......I didn't see this team do the same thing in 1st drives of the Game...before the offense ever touched the ball, or in 1st drives coming out of the Halftime.

It is true they still that and we won't know what's changed until camp and preseason gm 1. Hopefully the draft brings some clarity.

They can keep saying hi all they want.

Read STDs response to your original comment, it applies to this as well.

Which if you add Rodgers to this team you won't be able to bring in much else.

And Brady played for less money, something Rodgers is not likely to do. He wants a huge piece of the pie and still demands they sign and keep the talent they have. Hope his cleanse was a peaceful time, what a selfish oaf.

A SB win is just that, a lot of luck has to fall.your way. Cincy was no way the best team on paper, or even on the field if you compare talent, yet they got there and almost won. No doubt Rodgers could account for a couple of regular season wins here, GB had the bye the last two year and still lost. That amount of money he wants limits the talent around him. I don't blame anyone, get all you can, but don't complain when it limits you ability to compete for the big trophy

Tampa was 3rd in the league in offensive scoring in both 2019 and 2020.
Winston can put up the points and yardage, so Brady wasn't an upgrade there.

The biggest changes between a losing record and being SB champs was
their turnover margin going from -13 to +8 (Brady had 18 fewer INTs than Winston), and
their defense ranking for points against going from 29th to 8th. (Yardage also went from 15th to 6th.)

(Some of that defensive improvement comes from winning the TO battle, but TB added a lot outside of Brady.)

I hear Rodgers wants 50 million per year on his new contract to be the highest paid QB in the league.

Wow. And the report is that 150 million of that is guaranteed.
They really are committing to 3 or 4 years of Rodgers.

Now they need to figure out how to improve their defense with the remaining cap.
(They saved around $20M in cap this year, but the bill has to be paid sometime.)

I wouldn't Have done it, but I can see why Green Bay did. You got 2 believe they regret that trade up 2 get J. Love now. Because if You're doing all this ....Well...You are basically saying.....J. Love is not the guy,and We wasted a 1st, and a 4th round pick 2 get Him. Not smart
