Long gone are the days of rooting for players such as Troy, Hines, Jerome and etc. Players just move so much due to the salaries and such anymore. Also this team has lost its luster for me. He** the NFL as a whole has lost its luster for me.

The new owners prioritized money over what made the NFL great. The ratings are high, the lifers dont move the needle anymore. Gambling does now fully. Teams can play in empty stadiums and not miss a beat. NFL is a video game now, nothing more.

The way players move now is one reason I am cautious about buying current player jerseys. Recent Jersey's I have are BigBen, Hines, and Troy who are all Steeler legends. Other jerseys I have are Bradshaw, Harris, Swann and Santonio Holmes. Unfortunately, Santonio did not stay with us his whole career, but I figure I have a collection of Steeler SB MVP jerseys. I joke they are all "game worn" jerseys. Of course, it was me wearing them to the games not the player.

Absolutely going to miss JuJu. He was a Steeler type receiver and is going to be a great playmaker for any team. I know a lot of people complained about his whole TikTok things, but he was a typical young player just having fun. I'm confident Hines Ward would have gotten in on it if it was around when he played. Just look at the fun Hines had scoring touchdowns and mocking opposing WRs before the taunting penalties came in to play.

He doesn't appear to be happy here and is giving indications that the poor mouthing is gonna continue. I don't like his attitude and he will cost more than he's worth. Thanks for the past, but adios amigo.

Saw that article too. That they are trying to stir up a fuss over it is funny.

I think it was a Steelers Depot article that said Juju was throwing shade at the Steelers locker room. He was doing an appearance for 7 eleven at Jerry Jones monument to himself and made a comment about the facilities because lets face it Jerry spared no expense. He said the Steelers are still trying to get away from a wooden locker room. Don't know how speaking the truth is throwing shade but there it is.

Edit: I was wrong it was Steelerswire

The good news for JuJU is the cap is going up next year. The bad news is he did nothing in 2021 to help his case.

I don't see anything above 12 million in his future.

Ya and we’re trying to find Jujus production from 3 years ago. He won’t get more than 9mil on the market. Let him go. We can easily draft his production with less drama.

Really? The opinions on display on this board alone show that's not possible. Of the 5 other receivers used this past season all of them had fans wanting to dump them for one reason or another. From. Dj to Ray Ray with a little bit left over for Miller who dressed for a bare minimum of games

Yeah. Tired of the drama/headlines he brings and it’s never about his production. He’s always got some headlines throwing slick shade in the media. He can go elsewhere and be a distraction to that team while putting up 500 yards a season.

Juju is as good as gone. His desire is to test the free agency market again. His statements he's making public are underlining the obvious.

The only reason he signed on last year again was because the market wasn't there for him due to covid.

He wants the big time WR contract. Someone will overpay.

I say all of this liking Juju appreciating what he did while here.

Off topic: I think you are around the St. Louis area. I was wondering if the Rams still have fans there? Are the Rams their NFL team??

I don't think he lied about that. Hines ward crying whenever they drafted a wr says otherwise. Shows he didn't want anyone replacing him.
