I'm not blaming Tomlin. I think you replied to the wrong person.

So you're saying that Tomlin has the power to overrule Colbert, the scouts, and Rooney? That's stupid.

MLB like Lewis, Willis, Wagner all push 250. The Buck can be that big sometimes but really the Steelers haven't had a really big ILB since Kirkland.

He was listed at that but struggled to keep his weight up during a season.

"Despite maintaining that playing at 218 pounds didn't have a negative impact on his performance, Farrior said carrying more weight will help him during camp.

The Steelers are scheduled to report July 31 to St. Vincent College in Latrobe.

"Probably around 232 (pounds)," Farrior said of his planned reporting weight. "Last year, I came in around (225). I lost it pretty fast. It was pretty hot out there. I usually drop about five or six pounds the first day, so I want to go in with a little bit extra this year."

I don't get drafting a LB who is 230 bulking him up 15 pounds and then saying "Go cover that TE in man." Seems to be the Steelers m.o.
