Publicly stating the bad things that might happen tonight helps me cope when something goes wrong. I think we win tonight, but it won't be perfect. Here's what I think may go wrong:
    • Lefty throws a pick. It will be a good, aggressive throw on his part, but it goes awry. No harm done.
    • Another turnover, probably a fumble by a running back trying to make extra yards when he should just go down.
    • Two dropped potential interceptions. Nothing new here.

On the positive side, here are the good things I see happening:

    • Two bombs to Wallace, one for a TD.
    • A couple of long runs by someone other than Mendenhall.
    • Suisham perfection.
    • Two sacks of Flacco, one to put them out of field goal position.
    • Key defensive stop to ice the game.

Now when the bad stuff happens, instead of throwing things at the TV, I can relax and expect a couple of good things to follow.

I hope your bad stuff doesn't happen, I don't think we can afford to have 2 turnovers. With no Ben and no AB, I think we need to play mistake free football.

Steel Acorn, I think your spot on with all of this, I just hope the fumble does not happen. That would be 2 turn-overs and there is no way we can win with 2 against the Rats.

I'm thinking we get turnovers from rice and flacco like we have in past games, they dont play very well on the road and if KC could hold them to 9 points theres no reason we cant....

Sure we can! Remember our last divisional matchup... 21-3 "Rats" at the half
We all know how that turned out

I fully expect at least one sack/strip just because both tackles have trouble with the speed rush from the outside and Lefty's delivery will make it possible. Not saying that it will be a crucial play but that it will happen.
