Thank you, I knew this would be a hot button topic but was hoping that we could get a nice level of discussion before things got heated. I'm glad it has but I don't have any delusions that it will continue.

 

Thanks now I'm curious. One case former players have made that doesn't get much air is the deal that the NFL, NFLPA, and EA Sports made that stuck it to former players.

 

German and Italians fall under the white box, they aren't minorities.

 

Yeah, they should've kept the old system where the same retread coached got 2-3 HC jobs, but qualified black candidates couldn't even get an interview .

 

My Italian grandfather had to change his name to Sullivan to get work in this country. You don't know what you are talking about. They were as discriminated against for many years.

If you look at many of the minority head coaches they have been retreated as well. No hitch about that though.

Why??? Could it be not all are good enough. Didn't play well enough. It's because best should get the job. I do believe that everyone should have 2 interview minorities, but giving incentives 2 hire minorities goes 2 far.
Should it be made incentives so Asians get 2 play football. If you have 2 Asians on Your team You get extra 2nd round pick??? That's all I'm saying.
For someone 2 Win .....someone must lose. For someone 2 succeed ....someone must fail. Can't everyone win.

We all know Hines isn’t going to get a HC job. But what about OC? Does he have enough experience for us to consider him as OC? He can definitely teach our receivers a thing or two
