A lot of things didn't look right on the offense in this game all the way up to Ben getting hurt. It really looked to me like AB being out disrupted the offense. He may not be a TD machine, but they really missed his presence in the passing game...especially 3rd down.
I was hoping to see more from Sanders. Proves to me who our #1 really is IMHO.

AB and Ben out next week and I just don't see it ending well. Man the timing just could not have been worse for these 2 injuries. So frustrating!

Big time. AB's absence was painfully apparent tonight. Wallace seemed to bring his hands (and knees) for a change this season, so it's a shame he wasn't getting many accurate hits tonight.

Did it seem to anyone else that they just sort of left his plays out? Like yes Sanders and Cotchery moved up the depth chart but it looked like they kept their roles and didn't assume Brown's. Maybe it is just me but it looked like they weren't running his routes.

It does seem to me that AB is the difference maker
of the WR. He can make things happen!

They definitely missed him, but you have to give credit to the CHiefs defense as well. I know people think we played down to the competition, but personally there's a little more too it htan that. That defense was solid paired with a very very good running game. Give them a decent qb and they could be a scary team.

There were sound bites from some of the players suggesting that the Chiefs defense was keying on the plays being called. I went back and watched some of the game, it definitely looked like they knew where to bring the pressure. The only runs that they were gashed on were ones when the run blitz hit the wrong side of the play, almost like Haley flipped it to the other side. The LB's were getting off the ball extremely well and seemed to be hitting the exact hole in the blocking scheme everytime.

That'd be why he got the contract. I would like to have Wallace, Brown and Sanders stay but, there is a chance Wallace could go

I'd hate to see Wallace go. He puts up points.

Well, you have to remember where Romeo got his experience at. They also had extra days to prepare for us.

I agree. Give them a decent qb, and I think they are SB contenders.
