Jaguar fans to dress as clowns

Steeler message board I know but for one day we are Jaguar fans. I read where their fan base will attend game dressed as clowns. (Kramer would be scared, Seinfeld) They are doing it in protest of the dreadful season. It's a move to embarrass owner Shad Khan.

It's obvious Jags do not have the talent but I'm hoping this somehow fires them up. Lawrence has 10 TD's and 17 INT. Terrible QB so far but if the Jags get the right people I feel TL can be a great one. Throws a hell of a long ball. I think I'm trying to give myself some hope.

If Jaguars Fans really wanted to make an impact, not showing up to games is a far better idea. That hits Shahid Kahns wallet a bit more than even he would be willing to admit. Granted though, dressing up as clowns is...... creative... I guess?!

I do the same thing every time I buy a lotto ticket. This psychology has been tried in Cleveland for 3 decades without results but maybe it does have the desired effect on the field since they don't work in a factory that only produces sadness. If I were a player I'd try and prove them wrong. I am hoping that the saying, you are what your record says you are, can take a one game break today. JMO>

 

The Saints fans were the most creative calling themselves the Aints and wearing the paper bags.

 

Cleveland fans have them beat. Thousands of them show up every year dressed as Dogs and carrying bones with them even though in the back of their mind they factually know it will be yet another dreadful season.

Maybe we should wait to trash the Jags when we have a winning record against them.

 

But then ticketbastard charges you $20 in sur charges and a beer will cost $15, nacho's $10 and parking another $30. All to witness misery at the mistake by the lake.

 

Raider fans show up dressed as convicts.. oh wait, thats not a costume.

 

In a game where it's difficult to see what the Jags motivation would be, I look at it Iike this; They are division rivals, just like Baltimore and the Steelers today, each team wants to beat a division rivals and I would imagine the Jags would love to knock their division foe out of the playoffs. As would Baltimore!!

 

Well, I made the trek to Jacksonville to offer a little Steeler Nation support. Got a seat right between the uprights so will be holding up the Terrible Towel on field goal attempts! Haven't seen any clowns yet, but who knows????
