The browns can even make MT look like a good coach for a week.

It's also worth mentioning we started a different center and OG . The player decisions of course are on the HC to decide. Why they haven't been playing before this game is something a lot of people want to know. It was obvious Green was in over his head since week 1. Personnel decisions have always been questionable under MT the past 10 years.

Tomlin does have that tendency that you don't lose your job because of injury or ineffective play. Basically you have to beat out in camp to lose it.

Not arguing that Morgan was not more experienced at teaching than Klemm ever was. If anything, I am more surprised that Morgan was not the Offensive Line Coach and Adrian Klemm the assistant to begin with. My questioning was less about the experience of a coach and more about the performance that has happened recently.

Realistically speaking, I would love it if the team keeps Chris Morgan.... provided he can overcome this litmus test from the Ravens. Despite their immense issues, if there is one aspect about the Baltimore Ravens that deserve credit... it is their Run Defense; Patrick Queen leading the way. Should Chris Morgan overcome this hurdle.... it would go a long way in terms of his official promotion towards the Offensive Line Coach.

i have a theory as to why but i will keep it to myself. morgan may have been his insuracnce policy that he had to use. i would have liked to have seen the same 5 starters out there for morgan but not sure if moore will play or not. moving guys around could throw a monkey wrench in the performance we saw last week. we shall see.

butler may have coached his last game as well. https://steelersdepot.com/2022/01/s...omlin-and-austin-to-share-playcalling-duties/

the last line says it all to me. well hopefully.

i'd replace hilliard and olsavsky as well.

Black Monday started early. Broncos fired HC and OC. Not sure rest of staff survives the purge but we will finally be sure that Munch went to Denver because of family.

The Steelers do not fire coaches mid-season.

Also, you need to put things in perspective. They were playing a Browns team that just found out they were eliminated from the playoffs.

Not sure Munch gets the job. They didn’t like him enough in that roll to offer him the position last time.

He's the boss. Even when your boss is wrong it does not give an employee the right to be insubordinate. The only except could be when it's a job were lives are at stake.......football is just a game.

No they weren't. It's impossible to completely change the blocking scheme in 5 days. You MIGHT be able to do it during a bye week but you have to remember that there is NO real practice during NFL weeks, it's all game planning. If you want to say the game plan was changed to run more so be it.

In reality the biggest factor in that game was a Browns team in turmoil because of locker room issues and not having their heart in the game because they were eliminated from the playoffs. It's that simple.
