Ben's Baby?

Several weeks ago there were articles about Ben and his wife, and the birth of their child. So, any news on that, as in WHEN? Some speculated it was around the Eagles game, but that wasn't the case?

 

I thought I heard November....so should be soon.

I heard it was near the Baltimore game too. Would be a shame if the baby was born that morning. The kid should know better. :mrgreen:

 

Sign him up in the offseason. Front load the contract heavily so that we can sign the best recievers in 2032.

They need to induce labor on Monday or set up a delivery room at the staduim on Sunday. They can deliver it at halftime.

 

i heard Big Ben was hoping he would miss the Ravens game in baltimore because of the birth, at the same time not having to face T Shruggs

 

I was wondering about this a couple of weeks ago and noone had any info then either. But I wouldn't blame Ben one bit for missing a game no matter HOW big it might be. As a father to a son (named Ben btw) I can say there is NOTHING that can match the moment that you watch your first child come in to this world. As a FAN I hope it's in the middle of the week but I would lose respect for Ben if he didn't show up for his child's birth just so he could play in a game. I think most people on here surely agree. I wanna say ALL but there's always that ONE dude (or dudette as we've recently been reminded) on here that will HAVE to play contrarian.

 

Totally agree bft. My son was brought into this world at 9am and I will never forget the moment. What was icing on the cake though is while my beautiful wife and son were resting the Steelers laid a MNF BEATDOWN of the Ravens 35-7. Yep GOD MUST BE STEELERS FAN!

 

Well I'm an ordained Baptist preacher and I tend to agree. LOL. I was wearing a Roethlisberger shirt when Ben was born and one of the first pictures of me and him together is me holding him up next to the terrible towel! You can NEVER start 'em too young!

Hopefully it's just good old fashioned sarcasm. But you never know. There are a few genuine Ben haters on here. I took it as sarcasm though.

i noticed there were a few eastern time zones of tn on this board i was just hoping not cocke county they are crazy!!!

Nope. Union County but we aint much better! LOL! We DO have 3 red lights though and also I've now been able to have high speed internet in my area for like 5 years now. So we are on the cutting edge of the technological boom!
