How hurt is Antonio? (mild high ankle sprain) What does that mean? does that sound like something that could keep him out or is he likely to play?

It's the same injury Ben and Pouncey had last year although theirs was severe. Yes, it could sideline him for a bit.

Wow, NOT good news and NOT what I wanted to hear. I wanted to hear, "No big deal! They will just put a band-aid on it and see him in practice on Tuesday."

The worst case scenario in Steelers history for this injury is the legendary Barry Foster sprain of 1993, which ended his season at the half way point, forced us to suffer through 7 games of Leroy Thompson, and lingered on next year, which was Foster's last in the NFL.

I suspect though he will miss at least a game, but not really long. Sanders will step up as he did today.

Not what I wanted to hear, but Sanders and Cotchery are ready to step it up.

No big deal. They will just put a band-aid on it and see him in practice on Tuesday. Now sit back and wait for the Wolf, who should be coming directly.

    Couldn't resist.

It may just be me, but he appeared to injure himself when he was unnecessarily giving the corner back 'the business' as the play was ending...

Wish I could watch it again - but I wasn't recording.

    Antonio Brown's injury

He has a non high ankle sprain could be back next week. That's good news this team doesn't need anymore serious injuries. The next game vs the Chiefs rest him the Steelers should be able to win that game without him.

    Re: Antonio Brown's injury

We got KC Monday night. If its even a little bit sore, I say they sit him out.

    Re: Antonio Brown's injury

I don't think it's that bad but they should probably sit him anyway

Would be nice if we could almost everybody back for the rats game...
Troy, Mendy, Brown, Dwyer and maybe DeCastro

They just said on NBC that it was NOT a high ankle sprain, and Brown should be able to play next week. Tough to predict from all the rumors.

I too am hearing that it is not that bad, If Ab can go, he will.
His work ethic and will to play will get him though this.If he can't go Monday
night Hold him for the Ravens, we will need all our weapons for that game.

i hope he plays. Sanders stepped up, but Brown has become Bens favorite target on 3rd down plays. i know he loves throwing to Miller, but in a game like yesterday where Miller seems to be blocking more than running routes, Brown is really missed.

Wallace had a huge td, but he dropped another easy catch. Brown is their most reliable wr. fortunatly guys keep stepping up, but they need to start getting healthy.

I do like the fact the Cotchery get's on the field more...He's a Ward  type receiver who get's open without speed and he will make those tough catches! You need guys like that when your in a tough spot..Even when AB is good to go we need to have Cotchery on the field some more!

what was even more amazing on the win yesterday was:
-no AB for the most part
    -No mendy
    -No Dwyer
    -no Troy
-no Rainey for part of the game
-non existent Wallace except for 1 play
    -4 bad calls
and we still won against a very good 6-2 team at their place.
