Thank god that didn't work out. The guy had one of the greatest catches of all time and then he thinks he's the Superman of all history of NFL WR's. His ego destroys every team he goes to.

 

I don't find Ian Rapoport a reliable source of information. But if this is true, Im glad the Steelers made their play too late. OBJ is the last thing the Steelers need right now.

 

Agree. Im not sure Im buying. The fact that only Rapoport is reporting this makes me doubt the report.

 

I'm sure they looked, but not 2 hard. Just doing their due diligence type thing....You know ....if We could get Him super cheap with the injuries We've had...it would be dumb not 2 just take a peek if You could sign Him super cheap without any commitments.
They probably saw what it was amounting 2 , and said....Yeah....Never mind.

They may have picked up the phone but I doubt they made any serious attempt to sign him

 

Rapoport was the first one to say Ingram and the trade talk though.

 

He also insisted Ben wanted traded out of Pittsburgh. After Ben thoroughly denied the report. Rapoport doubled down. How did that work out for Ian?
