AFC Power Rankings

1. Titans - 7-2. Even w/o Henry they are the cream of the crop in the AFC.
2. Ravens - 6-2. No running backs, no problem. As long as Jackson is the QB they will have a top tier running game no matter who is in the backfield.
3. Bills - 5-3. Yes the just lost to the Jags but they still have an explosive offense and top tier D.
4. Steelers - 5-3. Yes, I am a Steelers fan. We have our warts but the team has strung together a few wins now. Offense still needs a ton of work. We have yet to score 30 points this season, even against bad defenses.
5. Browns 5-4. We beat them but then they thumped the Bengals. I think without OBJ they will actually be a better team going forward.

 

Did you forget about the AFC West?

 

No. I just don't think those teams are in the top 5. They would probably be 6-8 though.

How can I un-see this thread?

 

Despite recent performances, I still think KC is in the top 5 in the AFC. They have upcoming games against the Raiders, Broncos, and Chargers. Those games will show if they are still the kings of the West or if they are to be dethroned this year. To me, it's looking like the AFC West DIV Champ will be the 4 seed and thus draw the 5 seed. The 5 seed may well be the Steelers.

 

You do know more than likely if A. Rodgers had played this week the would be 4- 5 right now.
Of course He didn't play so I guess what I wrote doesn't matter....Never mind.

We're obviously better than NYJ, Mia, Jax, and Hou. We're somewhere in the next 2 or 3 above that. Top 10-ish.

Looking at the schedule after Lions I can't see us making the Playoffs but in this years NFL one never knows.

 

We will not face Bridgewater, Geno Smith, Justin Fields, Mayfield (with a separated non-throwing shoulder). We will either miss the playoffs and get a decent draft pick or we will barely make it and be embarrassed by a team that’s on a roll plus a terrible draft pick. As people have pointed out. We can’t hold a lead and are lucky to win the easy games even though we are a very healthy team right now.

If this team makes the playoffs with this offense (Ben) it would be a miracle assuming it will take 10 wins most likely.

This team is not on a roll. They are doing what they’ve always done the last 3 years. Get my hopes up and by January. I don’t remember what winning a playoff game felt like.

I think 10 wins gets us in. If we can beat the Lions and get to 6-3 we just have to play .500 rest of the way. I'm 100% sure I'm the only Steeler fan that feels the only way we win 10 is by rotating QB's. I understand no one agrees with it and Mike would never bruise Ben's ego but I'm a true believer it would work if the players (QB's) were committed to it.

We are not good right now at all but are doing just enough to win and stay in the hunt. That isn't nothing by any stretch but unless the offense makes major strides we are not going to do anything against good teams. Plus the secondary seems pretty questionable right now. Idk, I am just really impressed that with as bad as our offense is and the injuries we have had that we are even in this thing still.
