Good luck all day. If you start out at 78% your phone will be dead before you read through all the post win complaints.

Pretty much spot on. Flawed team gets flawed win in completely slapdash, dick-stepping-on, lucky fashion. Stack and it and move on and enjoy until the bottom likely falls out for the 4th straight season.

Steeler media - blog, newspaper, radio, heck, even Steelers.com, kind of echoing that opinion this morning.

There's a current thread celebrating him and several others as draft hits. So far, only Harris and Muth fall into that category, which is perfectly reasonable halfway through a rookie season, I just think people got too excited over marginal improvement.

Anthony Miller maybe, he returned a handful in his career. Ray-Ray offers nothing to the team right now.

Did Tre Norwood play last night? He wasn’t inactive but I did not see him on the field.

There is no question that Dan Moore and Kendrick Green played very poorly last night. With whom do you replace Moore, however? If it's Zach Banner then you have to move Chuks to the other side and you, in effect, have two new o-linemen. Maybe we do it because it's for the Lions?

As for Green, I think we just have to hope this game was a blip and he will get back to where he was.

In my opinion, Moore and Green are hurting this line more than they are helping it. Hassenauer played well in relief of Pouncey and was actually in my opinion better at the end because Pouncey was essentially done and he knew it. I would also insert BJ Finney and Banner in the lineup if I could make that work. If not Banner has to replace at least Moore because Dan is going to end Ben's career one day ( night ) when he whiffs on another speed rush right past him. This offensive line is bad, yes it has shown improvements, but last night, it was JV football.

    nice

the REFS BLOW and screwed the Bears not only on the taunt call but the Watt low block and a late hit that should have been called vs. Highsmith. We are just not that good, OLINE sucked last night. and yes, Mack would have destroyed us. BOS was the man and Ben was vintage late!

just like the SEA game, no ability to kill the opponent. but that has been the case with Tomlin offenses for years....

I would play Washington well over him, scheme Washington more into the game. He made some nice plays last night.

    1. We need more offensive linemen. We might not draft any in the top of the rounds but Dan Moore is not a left tackle.

    2. Our offense is not good. I don't like our offense. I don't know how it's going to be without Ben, but Matt Canada is not the answer.
It's like we wait until we get down or the game gets close that we start opening up the offense. We seem to try to drain the clock once we get a lead. Like, trying to drain an entire half.

    3. Maulet should never see the field ever again. Unless it's special teams.

    4. Boz, Watt, Heyward and Muth are true winners

    5. Claypool won't get another contract after this. I know it's only his second year, but he's barely showing any improvement from last year. He has all the tools to be dominant, but he seems soft.

    6. I don't think Najee will last the entire season. I hope I'm wrong, but he needs help. He earn every yard he got.

I expect Tomlin not to be an idiot and put the TEAM in this spot. Villy should have been signed for a 2 yr extension while these children learn HOW to play.

    good points.

Not sure what the Claypool problem is. Is he a one trick pony? Too big for his own good? Ben clearly prefers (over the many years) small, quick, nimble WR's....

and yes, Najee is getting killed. it is a MT signature with RBs.......like Bell, he will run the wheels right off this kid and then throw him on the trash heap. Tomlin does not know how to use a rotational back system, never has.

Followed by the Steelers easily giving up sideline routes to the timeout-less Bears. It's just not a very smart football team.

Steelers are a different team in the 2nd half. This is a pattern. No adjustments at half time.

14-3 and we almost gave it away. This team sure does keep everyone on the edge of there seat.
We are seeing this kind of play almost every game and thank god we have Boz to backup this team up.

Can't judge Canada until Ben is gone, only so many ways to hide an immobile QB who can't throw accurately downfield.

    agree.

Ben is clearly a game manager with 60% capacity of what he has in his prime. we are a .500 team, I think most saw this pre-season. this is the end of line, it has to be. December will eat us alive....
