Little ironic that a 4 time SB winner gives it to a QB that played in 4 SB with different results. Maybe that autograph cursed Jim.

Always wish he had gotten at least 1.

I saw TB and wondered why there was a thread here about Tom Brady.

My mom knew one of his brothers actually. He grew up right outside the Burgh! Good dude and one of the saddest stories in sports.

I graduated several years ahead of Kelly so I never played against him but my alma mater was a rival of East Brady HS where he played. I watched him torch our school for 3 years not only in football but in basketball. In his senior year I was in the stands when he went off against our basketball team with a 33 point, 30 rebound game. He was simply a man among boys in District 9.

Malone was a good athlete, but a terrible QB.

Cool. Anybody else notice Bradshaw seems to be deteriorating mentally ? Seems confused and making constant mistakes.

Yea, but was surprised to see him yesterday on FOX pregame show with a cane in his hands. The blond bomber is finally getting old.

The Pride of East Brady, PA.

Jim Kelly is a good guy. He's been through so much in life as a person.

Yes its gonna be sad, the 70's Super Bowl teams have lost a lot of guys over the years, but as we press on into the next 10 years I think we are going to lose a good bit more, but none of us live forever, don't be sad that it's over be glad that it happened as they say.....

Graduated, and played against him in HS ( Basketball ) We played East Brady and whipped his Ass at Slippery Rock HS ( it was a Holiday tournament ) They were defending State Champs ( I known I'm bragging )

What makes me mad is, back then our games were taped on 8 millimeter reel to reel...Then they were just taped over come Football season or whatever...

I have 3 Sons...How cool would that have been to not only show them a tape of playing against Jim Kelly, but whipping him

Bradshaw to Malone was longest TD pass in Steelers history until Kordell Stewart to Bobby Shaw vs. Ravens. :hardrock:
