Who's to say the outcome would have been different? My only problem is that Boz has to know he has to protect himself. Cleveland should have been called for a PF, helmet to helmet hit. I just hope Boz can go in the second half, or that Harvin has some PK'ing experience.

I disagree. The run offense has improved vastly over the year. Passing game...no. Steelers will never stick with the run (or is it, Ben wont)

honestly, I’m not sure how but Cleveland saw it coming. If they were running a normal FG block play there’s a good chance that Boz runs it in.

Trying to block Garrett one on one with a rookie is a huge mistake , if we don't use a TE maybe the other Watt could earn his pay check.

The issue isn't the fake FG. It's the playcalling at the end of the drive. Steelers should have run Harris, not let an aging QB with little mobility and questionable decision making throw. Had the Steelers run, they likely get it to 1st and goal, run the clock down, get a TD or at worst a FG at the gun, the ball to start the 2nd half and a healthy kicker. Overall, a bad set of choices by MT.

 

We absolutely should blast their kicker in the head on the next opportunity

 

I'm not against the fake fg attempt. The play design sucked and likely lost our kicker. I would've taken the points. Going to be a brutal second half. Is Harven our emergency kicker?

I Said I would have kicked the FG, too. The only part I didn't like is that they might have lost Boz for the balance of the game, that's all I'm saying.

 

Steelers will lose this game either on a missed kick or the inability to kick. Something like 10-9. Great job coach.
