But he's not. And that's what separates him from everyone else

Same with Kordell, Vick, RGIII, Randall Cunningham, Steve Young, Garcia. He's really good but, I don't believe that style of play is sustainable. He's turned into a good passer. Hope he doesn't jeopardize it by thinking he's Walter Payton.

All that means is ....easier 2 defend.
    :smiley1:
I get it.... You are Young...Am I correct....???
    It's cool 2 be a fan.
    We've seen this before.
It wins...games until You 1. Face Your own Division who is built for You, and knows You.
    2. You face a Great Defense in the playoffs that say....ok...We dare You 2 throw it.....Not a Defense like the Colts with 3 Dbs out , and a hurt kicker that can't hit field goals , or extra points....and are 1-4 in wins.

Yards? There's a new rule this year in the NFL: The team with the most points at the end of the game wins.

Only guy comparable to lamar you listed is Vick and Vick didn't succeed like he should have because he didn't take the game seriously. He said he'd literally throw his playbook in his trunk after practice and never study it. Lamar doesn't do that.

I’ve been a critical of his passing but it has improved a lot this season. Its why Hollywood has taken off. Last year if you watched the tape, he was open a ton and Jackson would just flat out miss him.

He keeps that up and they will be a much tougher out in the playoffs. Prior to this season teams knew they just had to seal off his running, now he can beat you with his arm.

Actually, it was two interceptions, but they didn't need much from the passing game. Jackson needs to make his outside receivers more of a threat, which he has done this season. He has shown flashes as a passer, but I do think people are putting to much stock in what he did against the Colts' depleted secondary last week.

Lamar can ball period no arguement there. Today he faced a team that flat out laid down. Lamars stats today were not indicative of that drubbing.

The Chargers got exposed, their defense is soft.

The first game and the chiefs game is where I saw that improvement.

Unfortunately Baltimore is looking like the best team in the AFC although I think Buffalo could certainly beat them. Still need to see Lamar step up passing in the playoffs but he seems to be putting it together. Cincy has been surprisingly good so far too will be interesting to see how they play the Ravens this weekend.

Chargers are a fraud that run D is as bad as ours.

Their run Def is bad but they prioritize stopping the pass than the run. Everyone in that division is so focused on trying to shutdown the chiefs.

I don't see Buffalo beating them. They're the true frauds to me I just don't get the love for allen or the team. Defense has no playmakers. Allen still to me is a tier below the elite qbs. The Ravens only comp is the chiefs if they start to turn things around as their schedule softens.

The Ravens’ only comp is the Lions, but they got away with missed delay of game penalty and hit a field goal off the crossbar to beat that juggernaut. I picked them to win the division this year, but I don’t see them winning more than one playoff game.

They're D has been soft all year, but it would probably hold this O to 17 points.

Buffalo can score points, they dropped 38 on the overrated Chiefs, Buffalo has Tre White, Edmunds, and two good safeties on defense.

They have a tonne of injuries but how many are key players or even starters? I looked at their IR list and it’s Peters, Stanley, Dobbins and a bunch of replacement level players after that. Edwards, Fort and Boyle play about half the snaps and would be considered losses as well but they are hardly irreplaceable. Vast majority of the Ravens key guys are still out there every week and you have to hand it to them, they have one of the deepest rosters in the NFL. If any team is built to deal with this it’s the Ravens

The only player they absolutely cannot afford to lose is Lamar IMO.

I know a team that lucked into alot of wins on an 11-0 run last year. , who knows, maybe the Ratbirds wheels fall off at the end of the year and go 1 and done in the playoffs. Here's hoping.
