Campbell's Soup and a bag of M&M Peanuts. (The bag is "sharing size", but I'm not letting them tell me how to live my life.)

Crappie Fillet dipped in a egg, beer, and coated in Bread crumbs with parmesan, red, and black pepper. Got it off a recipe book long while ago....though I don't make it exactly the way they do....I changed it for my taste. LoL.
Cod fish is also good this way.
Also ...I eat fish all different ways...because it's My favorite food.
I eat it so much that a Doctor told me 2 cut down on it ...if You can believe that...Not because fish is bad, but because We (Humans) have poisoned our Waters everywhere. Therefore Poisoning our fish.
    Freaking Sad.
I eat them...Baked,Smoked,Fried,Deep-fried, grilled, and Dried.
    Yummy in My Tummy.

Cooking up a huge stock pot of what I call Gumbalaya. Not as soupy as Gumbo but soupier than Jambalaya. Includes: tons of shrimp, cut up fish (orange roughy today), cut up sausage (have Hebrew National Knockwurst today, usually try for andouille), shredded chicken pieces (dark and white), multi-colored diced bell peppers, three kinds of diced onions, diced celery and tomatoes, chicken or fish broth, and today using Zatarin's Gumbo mix that includes the rice and starter spices. Have made from scratch and have used Tony Chachere's Gumbo mix. Cook it long and slow over low heat adding the shrimp and fish last 15 minutes. It makes enough to have several meals right now and then freezes very well for another half dozen meals later in the football season. Actually tastes better when frozen/defrosted as do many similar type meals. Plus, the house smells great for several days. I'm stoked. :dancing:

I have a local butcher who makes excellent andouille and I’m going to spend two weeks on the North Carolina beach buying fresh shrimp and fish daily. Plus I like Tony’s products. I will make this one day. I’ll probably use grouper because it’s always available at the little fish market I go to.

    Thanks for sharing.

How about when you get your fresh ingredients we meet halfway? If we meet in Colorado - my preference would be to exclude the Rocky Mountain oysters. :lolol:
