You honestly think Bieniemy is doing something Not drawn Up by Andy R.???? He might be picking the plays, but make No mistake Andy R. is Drawing them out....it's what He does.....He didn't Hire Bieniemy , and Just say F**k it....I don't want 2 do that anymore. This is Why E.B. is have a hard time getting a job. Everyone that's in the front offices of the NFL know this.
Plus all OCs Look good with a Great Qb.

I wonder if one day this season the Bengals will score without the receiver pushing off.

Matt Nagy was all the rage before the Bears, I was convinced myself. Well looks like Fat Andy was the substance behind him also.

The entire problem comes down to one simple sentence " We need to beat off defenders" . End

Dude you can find a single or few times of anything. On the whole the offense leaves the defense out to dry most of the time.

I mean its hot here in texas in the summer but we do get a cool day once in a while in the summer also.

Are you trying to say it’s Colbert’s fault?

I think a few things are into play. Ben hitting a brick wall, OL simply not gelling and playing as a unit, and loads of early season muscle pulls like groin injuries.

Father Time catches up with everyone, don't think that aspect is preventable, other than cutting him as opposed to redoing his contract an bringing him back.

I think the new CBA changes is greatly affecting the lack of the OLine gelling and these injuries. I think if there were more practices and perhaps another week of OTA or another mini camp more training could've been done as well as conditioning.

They've given up huge plays at the wrong time in both the losses.

I find it difficult to point a finger at him when the cap decreased by ~15% last year

Well as I said not pointing a finger, unless it was a typo.
Please feel free to quote me, thanks for the boards keeping posts.

Then league had a decrease in cap not just the Steelers so that point is mute.

You could argue based on the salaries of players that is led, with the reduction, difficult to retain talent.

As with everything else, there are ups and down Tomlin, Colbert, Ben, and Rooney included. I suggest, again, 1 thing. What contender has the situation that the Steelers are currently in?

We lack a lot in key places for 2021 NFL football.

Your post suggests 1 finger, a coach of high school quality. Your post read very subjective and without any substance unless you made it up.
It just sounds like you want to point a finger and it's definitely the middle one.

How many SBs has any ried won without Eric B?

Thank the invention of the number 0 3000 years ago.

Your entire first response to me was nothing but pointing the finger at Colbert. At least have the courage to state your arguments for what they are.

The league salary cap decreased by 15%. Given the Steelers had approximately 30 players signed at ~$210m heading into FA, Colbert did a fine job. I would've made some of the moves a little sooner, like cutting DeCastro. Overall, my only real complaint was letting Nelson go, but that seemed like a situation caused by Nelson's camp.

How does my post suggest one finger when I named the owner, head coach, and quarterback?

The old Bengals would have lost that game 35-10. I thought it would take another year but they've already passed the Steelers, who know own the basement and will have to wear it, own it, and get back to the lab.
