I wish I can see some pics MD but sounds red ribbon quality!
I had no appetite last week and b!tched out wifey for putting a hole in the back of my truck with the kayak.
Cant believe what a child I am about an athletic event. ha!
Steeler Football is like religion to me. I got friends here in CT that are into their Giants and Pats cult too so football is like a disease. Their mancaves look like sports bar. lol

Are you in a lot near the stadium? Me, I’m in a garage, so no cooking allowed. Beer is ok.

I've never had it. I have had a grilled Shark of some sort, but never Swordfish.
    Now I want some.

It’s very easy to get fresh swordfish here on the coast of New England because many of the commercial swordfishing boats dock here. I wonder if it’s tougher to get elsewhere.

When shopping for it, you want the darker portions to be red, not brownish. If you get it, just grill the steaks with salt and pepper, maybe basted in butter while grilling. Maybe a little bit of lemon if that’s your taste. A really good piece of sword will have a sweetness to the meat that tastes unlike any other fish (it may taste a little like really good scallops, but not identical). An OK piece of swordfish will still be nice, and taste similar to shark.

Today is going to be one of those big 'ol giant turkey legs. Which, I fear, is going to be the culinary expression of what this game will be like.

Washing it down with some of Brew Dog's new red ale, Fake Empire, which I HIGHLY recommend if you can get it in your area.

The above way is very tasty. Here in So. Cal, sometimes I'd lightly bread it and make fish sticks out of it (Ya gay fish). We also cubed it, flash fried it and served it as an appetizer with tartar sauce and, of course, fish tacos! It's generally too expensive to warrant making appetizers with!

Lobster Tails smothered in garlic butter with jasmine rice and a cucumber, artichoke, tomato, olive salad. Mixed berry flaky tart desert. Would have been leftovers of my lady's award winning BBQ beef ribs and potato salad but her son had 4 helpings of everything last night and cleaned us out.
