I am not terribly confident in a win...unless they have to move the game to a neutral location because of Sandy damage. BTW: thoughts and prayers go out to those in the storm's path.

Not surprised, Eli is going to shred us unless DL comes up with something like he did against NE last year. Eli is great, this game scares me.

But if you go on the Giants boards theyre scared of Ben, our trio of WR and of course Heath....so really I think this game is going to be a lot closer than everyone thinks

They almost got beat by the Cowgirls yesterday and I still think that the receiver's wrist hit the ground before his fingers on the touchdown play. This a winnable game for the Steelers. That doesn' mean that the Steelers will prevail. I just think that there are some on here that are in awe of Eli Manning and the Super Bowl champions. The Steelers are starting to get their stride now and this will be a good test for them. Hopefully DL will gameplan well for the Giants offense and Haley will plan an offensive game that keeps Manning off the field. They need to win this game to make up for the clunkers against the Raiders and Titans. It's also a big game for their position in the division since the Ratbirds play the Clowns next week. The Steelers need to keep pace.

They almost got beat by the cowgirls yesterday because they didn't put them away when they had the chance.

Not that we have been any good on the road, but the giants are better on the road than at home....as crazy as that sounds

While I realize it was a divisional game, and those are always tough, they also went toe to toe with the Redskins. We crushed them, we'll crush the Giants. :herewego:

Remember Remember the game against the Patriots on the eve of November! :swordsman: (Last year.)

I believe we can do this as long as we don't shoot ourselves in the foote.

I live here, so I see Eli play a lot and he is best QB we have faced this season, even better then Peyton at this point of his career and look what Peyton did to us. ELi is total clutch and owns the 4th qtr, a qtr that we happen to struggle with. I'm not saying we can't win, but it's a tall order and our biggest challenge so far.

Absolutely agree with you - our biggest challenge. This game will be a good indicator of how far both sides of the ball have come since week 1. If the offense can keep Manning off the field and build a lead, and the defense can rise to the challenge - then we'll have a pretty good idea of what to expect in the 2nd half. If not - we end the 1st half at .500 and have a tall hill to climb in November and December.
