Looks like we get our first peak at the ugliest uniforms to ever grace an NFL field Sunday. I absolutely hate when we wear throwbacks to begin with (we always play like crap), let alone ones that are so gaudy and pitiful that it hurts your eyes. Let's hope the Pittsburgh bumblebees bust out their stingers Sunday and make me change my opinion!

Very true. I think that the design of the tile on both the wall and the floor make the uniforms look even worse. I can't figure out why anyone thought that these uniforms would be a good idea.

 

I was just looking on nfl.com and they did a story on this and said that Ike actually made up a word to describe them. He combined "swag" and "swurve" and said "swavvin". He said to properly pronounce it you have to talk like Porky Pig but I think he meant Elmer Fudd. But whoever you talk like I hope after this year we can say "that's all folks" concerning these eye sores.

 

Even the guys on Fox's pregame show said these were the ugliest throwbacks!
